SHIPPING
HDS uses third-party shipping sources to deliver products and vehicles that are not picked up at our Lakeville, MN location. Vehicles requiring transport require coordination with loads going from and to the same location. As a result, filling a load to a specific locale may take several weeks to come together. HDS cannot guarantee delivery dates for vehicles and is not responsible for any loss of use or any other incidental damages resulting in a delay due to third party shippers.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping Charges are not included in pricing. Actual shipping charges will be added to your order. Standard shipping for small packages is via UPS Ground. UPS Next Day, UPS Second Day and FedEx shipping is also available. When possible, USPS Priority Mail or Speedee Delivery will be used. Vehicles are shipped by truck/trailer or by drive-out. MN residents subject to 6.5% Sales Tax where applicable.

WARRANTY/RETURN/REFUND POLICY
All products sold on this website are subject to their original manufacturer's warranty policies. In some cases, products that require warranty service or replacement may need to be sent back to the manufacturer or to HDS. Warranties do not cover the cost of shipping these items to or from the service site.

Any product that arrives incorrectly or damaged in transit should be reported back to us at 1-866-826-6176 within 24 hours of receipt. In most cases, a replacement item will be sent to you and the incorrect/defective item will be picked up for return at no additional cost to you. PLEASE SAVE YOUR PACKAGING!!! In order for credit to be properly issued, returned items must be returned with all original packaging.

In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, but it is not defective, contact us at 1-866-826-6176. We will issue you a return authorization number. YOU MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE. Upon receipt of your return, your credit card will be credited FOR THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. Your original shipping charges are not refundable. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Clearance and Special Order Items are NOT RETURNABLE unless they are defective or shipped incorrectly.
